Thank you Jinei ,I have seen many and still have many questions.Amongst them is is there a media that's. not expensive yet will be good for sculpting and how to correctly string my creation. ,I have never delved into this aspect of doll making, and now need to find the right way to attach a new head to my Hujoo Freya doll,the original was defective,I couldn't get her back head plate to close right,its got a very noticeable gap.
I just want. to say that I've been following the work you people all do here and get. blown away at the talent.

Hi! I have not actually made a doll myself but I have heard La Doll brand Premier clay highly recommended. Also Super Sculpey clay seems to have gotten good reviews, and regular Sculpey clay has mixed opinions. These clays I believe are all under $15. As for stringing, I think that there are some good tutorials on YouTube :)
